Yes! Micro CRM features a robust Batch Ingestion tool. You can upload .xlsx files containing your current users or jobs, and the system will automatically process and geocode them onto the map.
Can I customize the map for my team?
Definitely. Micro CRM allows you to assign unique pin colors (like blue, green, red, purple, and orange) to specific engineers or job severities, giving your dispatchers a visual shorthand of the entire operation.
How secure is my operational data?
